This is how it all started…
My love of reading began at a very young age. Being a voracious reader, there was nothing I would not read. From Carolyn Keene to Homer and all in between, the world was opened up to me. I ran a dog team in the Alaskan wilderness with a dog named Buck. My name was Fritz, a young man shipwrecked in the West Indies with my family. I was Captain Nemo, piloting my submarine, the Nautilus. I lived at 221b Baker Street, battling my arch-enemy Professor Moriarty. I faced Old Majesty in the Wintapi wilderness with my dog, Red. I stalked the Underdark with my magical cat Guenhwyvar, facing death at every turn. Thanks to books, I have lived a million lives and had a million adventures. Great authors like Jules Verne and Arthur Conan Doyle were my tour guides, inspiring my love of the written word. Today, we have greats like R.A. Salvatore, who still takes me on adventures.
A good author puts you in the adventure. They create characters you can relate to, spinning a world around them that you can see when you close your eyes. A great author can make you love or hate supporting characters as the story unfolds. I do not believe I am at that level, but wish to be.
I aspire to be a published author one day. That is the reason I began this blog, to hone my skills as a storyteller. I welcome positive feedback from all who take the time to read my stories. If you can not be positive, giving constructive criticism or helpful tips, I welcome you to just keep your mouth shut. There is enough negativity in the world, I do not wish it here. I will have controversial content, plots, ideology, and religious content. I know some may be offended, but I do not care. If you do not like the content, then feel free not to read it.

So that you know, my work is raw. That means that it is not edited in any way. Since I will post as I write, there will be punctuation, grammar, spelling, and phrasing errors. Please keep this in mind when you comment on my work.
